The fully activated instrument includes five fluorescent channels from the 405 nm (Violet) laser, two from the 488 nm (Blue) laser, five from the 561 nm (Yellow Green) laser, and three from the 638 nm (Red) laser. Purchase an activation key to add additional color parameters to your cell sorter. Referencing the list below, find the number of parameters of your configuration and the select the part number with the desired number of parameters.
